A Parkville man has been arrested and charged after police say he grabbed the breasts and buttocks of a woman who he met when she applied for a job through the online classifieds site Craigslist. Melvin James Dixon III, 47, of the block of Harwood Road in Parkville, was charged with fourth-degree sex offense and second-degree assault in connection with the case, according to online court records.

Then Dixon told the victim he was going to drive her to a job site, according to Brooks. Dixon allegedly stopped his vehicle in the block of E. Joppa Road and grabbed the woman's breasts and buttocks, Brooks said. The woman asked to be taken back to the Harwood Road address where she was picked up by her boyfriend, Brooks said.
